We’re a proudly owner-operated company, providing trusted commercial cleaning and property maintenance services since 2010. From office buildings to large-scale commercial sites, we deliver reliable solutions with attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity.
Our founder and Director, Kelly Sequerios, brings a unique story and deep industry experience to the business. Originally from Peru, Kelly moved to New Zealand as a teenager and soon began working in her family’s cleaning company. She worked her way up from account management to General Manager, learning the ins and outs of the industry while building strong client relationships and leading teams with care.
What motivated her the most wasn’t just growing the business — it was seeing people feel supported and looked after. It was about making a difference.
That mindset became the foundation for Integrated Property Maintenance, which Kelly launched in 2016 after identifying a clear need in the market: businesses weren’t just looking for cleaners — they needed a partner who could provide dependable, end-to-end property solutions.

Our induction process includes the H&S company policy, compliance requirements for all machinery and instruction on the correct use of environmentally approved cleaning materials.

Our work also supports your H&S Policies and Procedures as well as any legal obligations you may require.

All of our staff have a comprehensive criminal history check completed - giving you total peace of mind.
If you're not happy with your service, we'll make sure that issues are resolved promptly at no extra cost to you.

Our team are trained in the importance of security to ensure the personal safety of your employees, of our staff members and the security of your property.

All new staff must provide sound references and are closely monitored.

Only staff contracted to work at your premises and as supervisor or manager will enter your premises.

Keys/cards from premises do not have any identification relating to our client’s name or address on them.

Staff will report immediately to your security company or inform IPM if any malfunction occurs regarding alarms or doors not locking, advised not to leave premises until help is arranged or problem has been resolved.
