If there’s one thing I’ve learned — in business, in leadership, and in life — it’s this: People come first. Always.

It’s a value I hold deeply, and it sits at the heart of everything we do at IPM Maintenance. We’re not just a property maintenance company — we’re a team of real people, with real lives, doing honest work that supports our families and the people we serve.

Since the beginning, my focus has never been on building the biggest business or chasing profit for the sake of it. Growth without meaning doesn’t align with who I am. What matters most is how we show up: with care, integrity, and purpose — every single day.

To me, success is about creating something lasting. A team that feels seen. Clients who feel cared for. Work that genuinely means something. That’s the culture we’re building at IPM — a business grounded in relationships, not transactions.

For us, maintenance isn’t just about ticking off Alongside my work at IPM, I also founded Devined — a space devoted to Honohono Healing and restoring balance within the spirit, body, and mind. While the work may look different, the purpose is the same: to support people, to hold space for healing, and to create environments — both physical and energetic — where people feel supported and whole.
