GUARANTEE

  • Each IPM Maintenance technician is a specialist in their field.

 

  • All technicians are trained to operate within the terms of current Health and Safety legislation and receive a copy of the IPM H & S handbook. 

 

  • Our induction process includes the Health and Safety company policy, compliance requirements for electrical machinery, and instruction on the correct use of environmentally approved cleaning materials.

 

  • The workmanship of the IPM Maintenance technician is fully guaranteed. If you are not totally happy with the level of service on a particular day our technicians will return to the site to complete the job to your total satisfaction within 24 hours at no cost.

 

  • Every IPM Maintenance technician undergoes a full criminal and reference check before signing on.

 

  • Our technicians wear our distinctive uniform and carry an IPM Maintenance ID card complete with their photographs. Only technicians contracted to work at your premises and as supervisors or managers may enter your premises.

 

  • Keys/cards from the premises do not have any identification relating to our client’s name or address on them.

 

  • Your security is our top priority, so our selection procedures are to ensure technicians working at your premises are completely trustworthy. For complete peace of mind, every member of our team is covered by comprehensive Public Liability insurance of up to $20,000,000.

 

  • Staff will report immediately to the security company or inform IPM if any malfunction occurs regarding alarms or doors not locking, advised not to leave premises until help is arranged or the problem has been resolved.

  • IPM Maintenance provides cleaning products and equipment, thus eliminating those costs from your budget.

Terms and Conditions of Trade

 1     Any instructions received by the customer in relation to the quote and/or job requested by the customer to these terms and conditions (the         "Quote") and/or the signing of the Quote (where applicable) by you shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and you               agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.     You agree that the following shall apply in respect of the Quote or job requested by the customer:

 

3.     The IPM Maintenance technician shall perform the services described in the Quote and specifications (the "Services").

 

4.     All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

 

5.     You shall provide IPM Maintenance with all necessary information and access required in order to perform the Services.

 

6.     Payment in full and cleared funds is required upon receipt of each invoice unless otherwise agreed with IPM Maintenance.

 

7.     If you fail to make the payment that is due and payable, interest (calculated daily from the due date until the date that payment is made in                   full) shall accrue a late payment fee of $25.00 and an additional 3% interest per month, charged daily for unpaid balances over $1,000 with              such interest compounding monthly at such a rate after as well as before any judgment.

 

8.     If you default in payment of any amount when due, you shall indemnify IPM Maintenance from and against all costs and disbursements                       incurred (including solicitor/client costs on a full indemnity basis and collection agency costs), arising from, or consequent on, enforcement             and/or collection of the overdue amount.

 

9.     You agree that any default by you in relation to these terms and conditions entitles IPM Maintenance to suspend or terminate the supply of             Services and Goods.

 

10.  Any quote will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

 

11.  Any unforeseen work, materials, alterations, or defects required to complete the Services" may be charged for in addition to any amounts                 set out in the Quote, following consultation with you. IPM may include the cost of adjustments with a progress payment (if applicable), or by           adjusting the Final Payment. Any adjustments must be paid by the client within seven working days of the date of IPM's invoice for those                   adjustments.

 

12.  In the event IPM Maintenance supplies any goods or materials in relation to the Services ("Goods"), IPM Maintenance retains ownership of             such Goods until payment of the goods is made in full and all risk in the Goods shall pass to you on delivery (or deemed delivery).

 

13.  IPM Maintenance will procure that the IPM Maintenance technician will take all reasonable care when providing the Service. Except to the              extent required by law, IPM Maintenance will not be liable to you (and nor will any of its technicians for any loss, damage, or expense you                   may suffer or incur in connection with the provision of Services, and in any case, the liability of IPM Maintenance and its technicians will be               limited to the actual direct damages suffered by you and will under no circumstances exceed the price of the services actually paid by you to           IPM Maintenance. IPM Maintenance shall not be liable to your indirect, consequential, or special loss, or loss of profit, however arising,                       whether under contract or otherwise.

 

14.  Neither IPM Maintenance shall be liable in any way to you or be deemed in breach of these Terms and Conditions if it fails to supply the                     Services as a result of anything outside of their reasonable control.

15.  Where you are not a "Consumer" (as that term is defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) or where you are acquiring goods or                        services for the purpose of a business then:

        -  The provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply.

         - The only warranties, guarantees, or undertakings we give you in relation to the Goods and/or Services (whether in relation to the                    quality, fitness for purpose, or otherwise) are those which we expressly stipulate to you in writing.

         However, where you are a Consumer and are not purchasing Goods or Services for the purpose of a business, then notwithstanding                             anything contained in these Terms and Conditions you shall have all the rights conferred on Consumers by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

16.  A failure by IPM Maintenance to exercise any right under these Terms and Conditions is not a waiver of, or variation to, that right.

17.  If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be invalid, void, illegal, or unenforceable the validity, existence, legality, and                                         enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected prejudiced, or impaired.

 

18.  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

 

19.  You irrevocably authorise IPM Maintenance to disclose information about you whether collected from you directly or obtained from any                   other source to any credit provider or credit reporting agency for the purposes of providing or obtaining a credit reference, debt collection,             or notifying a default by you.

20.  IPM Maintenance reserves the right to review these Terms and Conditions at any time. If following any such review, there is to be any                         change, that change will take effect from the date on which IPM Maintenance provides notice of the same. If you do not agree with the                         changes, then you may stop using the Services.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

 

The Referrer will receive 10% off their contract fee for the month and an additional $NZ50.00 PREZZY CARD for every referral that signs up for a recurring service. If The Referrer does not have a contract with IPM, they will receive a $NZ100.00 PREZZYCARD for every referral that signs up for a recurring service.

1.     Qualified Referrals. A Qualified Referral occurs when:

The referee must be a first-time user of any IPM Maintenance service.

The referee must sign up for a minimum 3-month contract service.

2.     How rewards can be redeemed.

Rewards can be redeemed once the referee has signed up for a recurring service (as stated above).

Referral rewards are stackable. Example: If the Referrer’s contract fee for the month is NZD$500.00, and the Referrer has Referred two customers, the new price of the contract fee for the month will be NZD$400.00 plus an additional $NZ100.00 PREZZYCARD. If the Referred customer books multiple services, the Referrer will receive no further compensation.

3.     Liability.

Rewards cannot be accrued or redeemed for cash.

Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable.

By participating in the program, you agree to and are bound by the program’s Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to agree to and abide by the program’s Terms and Conditions, you are not authorised to participate in the program.

Participants in the program must comply with all “New Zealand SPAM” laws.
